Business Support Manager

Job Purpose:

IT Menus Ltd seeks a dynamic and experienced Business Support Manager to oversee and streamline the operational aspects of its East London showroom. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities, implementing effective business strategies, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily showroom operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate showroom performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide training and motivation to staff to uphold the company’s reputation for excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and foster positive relationships.
  • Monitor and oversee budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability and financial stability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving business objectives.
