Job Purpose:
IT Menus Ltd seeks a dynamic and experienced Business Support Manager to oversee and streamline the operational aspects of its East London showroom. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities, implementing effective business strategies, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily showroom operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate showroom performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and efficiently.
- Provide training and motivation to staff to uphold the company’s reputation for excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and foster positive relationships.
- Monitor and oversee budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability and financial stability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
